1. Physical
Health: This includes everything from
maintaining a healthy weight and getting adequate sleep to avoiding illness.
Physical health is often the first thing people think of when discussing
health, but it's only one component.
2. Mental and
Emotional Health: Just as important as physical
health, mental and emotional well-being affect how we think, feel, and handle
stress. Good mental health allows us to cope with challenges, stay positive,

3. Social

Fitness
Fitness, on the

the ability to continue using force over an extended period. Lifting weights or

3. Flexibility: Flexibility is the range of motion available in a joint. Yoga,
stretching exercises, and activities that promote mobility are essential for
maintaining flexibility, which helps prevent injury and improves physical
performance.
4. Body
Composition: This refers to
the proportion of fat versus lean muscle mass in the body. Achieving a healthy
body composition is a sign of good fitness but varies depending on an
individual’s goals.
Fitness is
primarily about improving performance and physical appearance, but it also
greatly impacts overall health. Regular exercise boosts the immune system,
